drive: 03 boxster S
want: I don't know, a Turbo, maybe?

Really, the boxster is plenty of car for me, and fun.

Drive: whatever rental car most suits me, on the very rare occasions I need a car.

Want: whatever would I want a car for?

Jon.

Other than the lack of a back seat and trunk space, the S2000 was a better car in every way.

BMW needs to send some engineers over to Honda to learn how to make a good shifter.

Despite being a ZHP, the handling sucks IMO. Car feels too heavy. Tons of body roll. Brakes are lacking. Seats have huge bolsters, but they're so wide that my sides don't actually touch them, so instead of offering support they get in the way of my arm when I'm trying to shift. Feels like there's no power on the highway.

I used to enjoy driving. Not anymore.

So why'd I buy it? I commute 90 miles a day, and I was getting tired of having to fill up the small tank in the S2000 every 2 days. Would have looked at the STI/Evo, but I wanted something a bit more "grown up". Always loved the looks of BMWs. I made the mistake of making up my mind regarding what car I wanted before going on test drives.

I can't wait until the day I get rid of it.

I drive a 1995 MB C280 with 165,0000 miles. I'm gonna try to drive Lily until either the wheels falls off or she reaches 300,000 miles. Then, I'll try to track down a 1996/97 E class with very low miles. I like the older body styles.
