Hello,
I bought a polo blazer here in styleforum from this thread.
http://styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=57548
Unfortunatly, it fits too tight on me and the center vent is always open. If the seller had a bigger one i would buy it since the jacket is very nice.
Below, I included the original post from the seller i bought it from. his description is pretty accurate and I only tried the jacket once, so it will be sent in the same condition i received it, which is the condition of the pics. I am selling it for the same price i paid, $40.

This is a union made, 3 button, Polo Blue Label jacket. I'm not sure of the exact materials but it seems to be a silk/linen combo -definitely natural, spring/summer-weight fiber. Not sure of the year either but the union label surely means it's from Mr. Lauren's early years. It has tilted hacking pockets and seems to have had a removable collar tab at one point -the tab is missing now. The jacket is in great condition with no snags, spots, or other signs of wear. It is pretty slim fitting (I'm 5'10" and 155-160lbs. and it's snug on me) so check the measurements. The color is a kind of wheat with very light peach and blue stripes.
I'm asking $40 shipped in the US
Approximate Measurements:
shoulders: 17"
length (base of collar down): 29.5"
sleeves: 23" (2" to play with)
chest: 19.5"

For fit reasons, i am 5'10 about 155-160, and the jacket fits a little tight.
The center vent gets a little too open. This picture shows what i mean.

This is how the jacket looks in the front on me. Obviously, It would look better on you since it's too small for me. I took it to show the styling and color.
