I really hope Justin reconsiders USPS. I ordered a $300 jacket and it was shipped USPS Priority Mail which does not confirm the shipping address, so I have no idea which address it was shipped to. Brigade had my old address on file and I found no way to change it through their site, so I paid using Paypal which has my current address. USPS says it was delivered on Wednesday and it's not in my apartment building or the old one (I called the new tenant and asked). I hope it was sent my old address by mistake and upon seeing that the name doesn't match, the carrier sent it back and the system hasn't been updated yet. (I've already emailed Justin about this, just relaying the information here) Moral of the story: if you have an expensive order, you risk possibly not receiving it or having it stolen, and because Brigade doesn't use a reliable carrier w/ accurate tracking or insure their packages, you're completely SoL.
