WTB: Suits sized 38S (trying this again)

Ideal measurement range:

Shoulder: 17-18"
Length: 29" from BOC
Sleeves: 22.75-24"
Price range: up to $500...maybe a bit more for something especially nice

All brands and colors considered except those with damage or flaws. I need to supplement my suit collection!
