Haircut in Philadelphia Area

I need to get a haircut on Saturday in the Philadelphia area. Anyone know of a good barber/salon/stylist who would be open on Saturday who does a good job for not so much money?

there is a great old italian barber in south philly on 13th street just south of wharton. I think a haircut is $15 and a shave is $10.
