Neck muscles

Since I sit at work most of the day, I rarely get to exercise my neck muscles, which leads to a slumping posture. Do you have any ideas on how to strengthen you neck muscles?

A posture slump isn't caused by the neck muscles, Its caused by weaknesses in the upper back

Bridges (like the one's in the link above). I don't think you can really work the neck by itself. IMO, it should be worked with other parts of the body to really strengthen it.

Also, if you are (or think) you are having problems with your neck, I'd suggest a massage? That's the most common place for people's stress to build and a massage is an excellent way to release the tension.

You can but it is pretty pointless unless you have a very specific reason to do so. (pretty much all I can think of is training for heavy contact sports like football)

Do face pulls, one hand db rows, rear delt machine, and rack pulls. Get a tennis ball to do some soft tissue massaging. Work the upper back, neck, and around the scapulas.

Neck bridges definitely build up a beefy neck.

Four-way neck press -- if you can find a gym that has one...

Having a big thick neck so your head looks like a thumb makes you look big and mean. Thats good enough a reason.

Deadlift. Works on your whole back side from neck to toes.
