Already looked at their site...

Come on someone must have an answer to this... do I have to say please?

Butterfly, call Vass, and ask for the owner's daughter who speaks English to answer your question for Vass bespoke

I have yet to see a single forum member post on a Vass bespoke experience

They don't visit NYC for bespoke...but our own Marclel has a contact in NY who takes measurements for his own bespoke workshop in Budapest.

Vas once had a rep who lived in New York and use to have some sample shoes to test for fitting purposes of certain lasts for their MTO program, but he's moved

AHarris had a long post about Vass bespoke a few years back. I think it also served as the forum intro to Vass. It might have been lost in the crash.
