i have seen those in the past, they look fake to me but all the other ones i have sold always have the classical look with the long letters, which this one does not. Sorry i couldnt be more help

it does feel a bit weird, this listing...

a bit too "pro"... and the tie/label don't really look high quality...

maybe it's real, who knows, but i agree, it sets the spidey sense a-tinglin'

Lower level Alfred Dunhill suits sold at Off 5th have the same logo. I can't speak for the ties though. If it is real, I'd assume it is of lesser quality than the mainline.
