If you thought K.Suzuki is difficult to contact I believe that these guys accept only by introduction (notice no contact on their website). I think that they are located outside of Tokyo (or metro Tokyo)

wow.. there are some sweet looking shoes on that site, but many have what appear to be 1.5"-2" heels! I would be nearly 6'7" with those heels... no thanks!

I think it was more that there are only 3 guys and they don't want to be overloaded so that they can retain their quality level.
