+1 It's all about what you put into your body and how much and how hard you evercise. Sun screen is another issue. How much to use depends on where you live. Your skin needs the sun. It just doesn't need too much. Without the sun you'll be at loss for d3 and Fumeric acid and probably more.

+1 again..Face scrubs are great. It sounds like you may be in need of a facial. Situps, pullups, pushups will get you some facial tone.

oh it's really the same stuff but in men's packaging? I might have to get that then. Would rather have that sitting in my cabinet than something that looks like it's for chicks.

Also, is the M Lotion non-comedogenic too?
