I dont know if this requires a thread, anyway Im bored.
I'm been eating very lightly the past few months (college budget, I actually lost 10 lbs instead of gaining the freshmen 15).
Anyway, this weekend I was inside 3 days straight. Out of boredom I did maybe 60? pushups during that time, and last night ate half of a large pizza pie (and a couple of beers).

Just now I accidentally glanced in a mirror after getting out of the shower, and right away I noticed more 'meat' on my bones. (Im 6'3", 160ish, but I dont have a scale). Maybe this is my call, or motivation, to start working out, and eating pizza more often.

I think that's called carb, salt, alcohol and water bloat.

... you're in college, so have at it, just don't call it healthy.

Doing random strenuous exercises combined with a diet of pizza and beer is a recipe for catastrophe.

Forgot about this post.
The starvation mode point is interesting. Beer and pizza isnt a part of my diet, just every now and then. What Ive been doing after reading J'aim's reply, is stocking up on more ***** stuff, eggs, peanut butter, avocados, nutella, milk... and trying to get a routine going. Unfortunately I dont have a scale, wish I did though.
