Is the Avant Toi cashmere nice?

I jumped a couple weeks ago and scored some great Luciano Barbera cashmere and a Belstaff jacket. If any LB stuff is still available, go for it.

It's worth checking out, though. This polo was $27, was nice and thin and light, and had high quality MOP buttons. They have a few cashmere sweaters up right now which could be a real deal.

Same here. I placed two orders and sent everything back. I've looked hard since then, but nothing in the latest markdowns has caught my eye. Not much in the smaller sizes.

I thought about this Adriano & Sons wool/cashmere jacket, but I don't really need another longer piece of outerwear. Something shorter, now then, maybe....

They are top notch. I own several. Most of them are washed cashmeres that are very soft and have very unique coloring.

Highly recommended.

Yeah, I was a little surprised by that, 189 for a full length cashmere coat.

I scored a navy blue one in pure camel hair for under $200.

I'm likely shooting myself in the foot for asking this, but anyone have experience with Lardini? I've been eyeing a few pieces, but don't have much info (aside from their making for Burrberry and a few other brands?).

Have you tried a search? The brand has been mentioned a few times as one of the better values on Yoox. rach2jlc and The Hoff are big fans IIRC.

Stuff is OK. They make for Ferragamo, the ferragamo stuff I have seen has been better made than the Lardini branded stuff. Fabrics aren't great but the stuff is servicable.

As whacked mentioned above, for the price, I think Lardini is great. I have a few yoox-purchsed Lardini suits that were $350 or so w/ Loro Piana Zelander Dream fabric. Definitely not something I'd pay $1000 for, but for under $400, it's well worth it and the fit is quite nice (not so slim as to be extreme, but definitely not a sack). But, Ed is right in that you have to check on the fabric... sometimes they use decent stuff (like the Loro Piana), but sometimes the Yoox stuff will be in fabrics that aren't really anything to write home about.

Just received it today and it actually kicks serious ass. I'm sure it would clash with your crimson patchwork-madras-red-plaid pants so you should probably stay away...

The box I got today was actually the first Yoox order in 18 months that I am not returning
