The soles look a bit odd, and nothing like I've seen on SF.
The soles look like they have been topyed and painted and possibly new heel lifts put on. I can't judge whether they are real or not from the picture, but I would say they are a model from some time ago regardless of who made them.

Looks fake to my eyes.
Does it really matter?
Fake or not, the shoes are not new, as stated in the auction. Thats a reason enough to worry about everything else.

Man, it says "satisfaction guaranteed" right in the picture! Get your money back!

New ? See the inside where the heel rests, see the discoloration from wear? Also, notice the creases on the vamp? This aint new?

Considering all the other designer shoes that he's selling I'd be very surprised if these were anything but the real thing.

The seller has listed a ton of Prada, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Ferragamo, Bruno Magli, Mark Nason, etc. And he has over 8500 transactions with a near perfect rating.

In my opinion, I think you're fine.

He may be fine Dennis, but he can return these fugly shoes for a full refund minus $9.99 shipping.

My advice is to return them.

Since the seller has a no questions asked return policy, he has some integrity and stands behind his products.

eve3day, suck up the $9.99 loss for the shipping and return these dogs. If you are patient you will do much better for a more desirable pair of Ferragamos either here or on Ebay.

Point taken... I was focused on helping the OP determine whether or not they were genuine. I do very much agree with you.

I just noticed something. The buyer and the seller left each other positive feedback on Feb. 18th and 14th, respectively. This may present a problem for the buyer to return the item since he techinically accepted it in its existing condition and left glowing feedback. Still, never hurts to ask.

I don't think that feedback necessarily prevents a return, though if the seller declines to accept a return, the buyer doesn't have much recourse (ie the threat of neg feedback)
