Sure Shoulder (measured seam-to-seam on back): 17.75" Chest (measured armpit-to-armpit): 20.5" FYI, I am a true 38 US (48 EU) chest and this shirt fits perfectly.

I have too many dress shirts, and not enough opportunities to wear them all. Quite unfortunate, but I don't expect the situation to improve for several years. My hope is to find this gorgeous shirt a better home in the meanwhile.

This is pretty tempting, though I need to get home and double-check my shirt #'s before I buy. I like my shirts pretty slim (I usually get 48's in most designer labels, like Costume National and so on), any insight in that department? How high are the armholes?

Like you, I like my shirts slim. Barba is now one of the few brands I'll buy for dress shirts because it offers a consistently slim cut in conjunction with excellent quality. The armholes are fairly high.
