OK, all shirts gone (really fast!) except Thomas Pink (#3) and Ermenegildo Zegna (#1). And Custom Shop (#5) and Banana Republic (#6)

5. Custom Shop -- This I bought from mack111 but the sleeves are not long enough for me -- more a 33/34 than a 34/35 -- but collar is comfortable 16/16.5 -- The colour is hard to describe but it is a gorgeous melange of rich olive, black and brown tones -- with a check pattern. -- $15 NOW $12 Details on other shirts to follow.
