One quick and easy recipe, can be done with a BBQ or pan: Pan: Mix 3 oz teriyaki marinade, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 oz Jack Daniels, and 1 tbsp corn starch. Spoon this entire mixture onto the salmon until it is completely coated. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Heat up a non-stick saute pan at high heat for about 3-4 minutes, then drop in the fish. Let the salmon cook in the skillet until it is about 1/2 translucent, then turn the heat to a bit above medium. Once the fish is about 2/3 translucent, flip it over, and cook for about 2-3 more minutes, then it should be perfect. You can do the same thing with a BBQ but it will cook quite a bit faster than on a pan.
