Anyone have anything to say about the Lenny boots? Specifically sizing?

I remember my Corsos being way too big when going true to size so I sized down on a pair of PS by Paul Smith ankle boots which were crushingly true to size. Now I'm weary to pull the trigger. I figure I'll go for my true size which I never do with boots anymore. But they look quite long . . .

From Paul Smith store or a concession/independent?

The Bordeaux to me look like a Mark McNairy Brogue. I find the high shine against that strong contrast of the welt a bit much for me. And a bit chunky.

Paul Smith US sale has been going on for a couple weeks now. Visited the LAS store last week and the sale shoes were pretty bad.
Wife picked up a couple t-shirts.

Sales always start earlier in US than in UK.

Is the LAS the pink one?

LAS as in Las Vegas. It's in an upscale shopping mall.
The pink one is in Los Angeles.

I know this is PS shoe thread but the brand really changed a lot when they changed their Mainline designer - was a bout 4 or 5 years ago.
Mainline became more aimed at younger market, more sportswear influenced, a bit more Euro style, very fitted, lightweight fabrics.
I didn't like the change of style and I stopped buying Mainline; I had supported the brand for many years.
PS, Jeans, London have not really changed that much, if you like casual wear Paul Smith is still an OK brand.
Don't really know what happened with the Shoes, did they change the designer? I heard they got someone new in last year?

Independent.

but i kinda like them, with some blue jeans and a blazer they'll look awesome
