Official Paul Smith Shoe Thread... all PS shoe questions here - Page 310

I feel pretty much the same.

I still own around a dozen pairs in various styles dating right back to 2003, some still new. 2 x Burton, 2 x Chen, Triumph Boots, Marcello, York Boots, etc.

I have sold off quite a bit and will probably reduce what I have down to 6 or 7 pairs.

I have a collection of PS shoe brochures from the 'good years' – looking through I can see there were usually more styles per season than I could afford to buy, so many cool and original designs, and now… there's not really anything that I would want to spend my cash on.

It's not just PS Shoes that for me have gone off the boil, Mainline & Accessories have lost their 'zing'. Yes sometimes there is the odd item that jumps out, but there's just not enough to warrant time following the brand. 'PS' isn't bad and is the closest thing to old school Paul Smith.

Brands can go off and come back better than before, but there's no sign, with-out a big shake-up of that happening.

Likewise, I have my two Corso boots, one being worn, and the other stored. Love them... knew they were absolute keepers from the outset.

I also handled and flipped Daytonas and Starrs. The Starrs were never my thing, but those Daytonas were some of the coolest and most solid boots I've seen, but could never find a size for myself.

Looking back, I would love to buy a pair or two of Daytonas, Triumphs, and Ricards, the caveat being that $800+ retail on the Daytonas was absurd.

Hi,

I have been looking for these everywhere, does anyone know where I might find them? New or second hand doesn't matter.

ps-chelsea

Thanks!

That model's known as the Tony.
Came out like 4 years ago.

Thanks, but I've already tried eBay (and like 20-25 other internet shops).

I would not expect a pair to come up right away - it could take a long time - but eBay is probably the only place you have a chance of finding a pair as they are long gone from any stores.

Should mention that they also came in other colours to the ones shown in your post.

I've been trying(on and off) for two years searching for them on eBay and other sites, yes I know they come in other colours, thanks anyway.

now you know what the style name is you could always put a search alert into eBay - this will send you a notification every time a pair of "Paul Smith Tony" are listed (as long as the seller knows the stye name). that is what I would do. However you might be better off just looking for something else which is similar - must be some other white boots out there?
