I'm looking for a pair of PS brogues with a specific playing card suit pattern in the brogueing... Seen some in a shop some time ago but can't find any mention or example online, they're probably a one-season thing... Any idea what the model could be? Cheers.

No idea! They said they would go on sale at Floral Street at the end of June.

Best bet is to keep checking the PS site and buy them online.

One of the four color is the "Light Grey", for which there is not image available. Does anyone know what the "Light Grey" Miller's look like? No obvious hits on Google....

Want a pair of Paul Smiths for my birthday... Luckily my mom and sister are both fans of Paul Smith so the purchase should not be a hard one.

Do you want something conservative or a little more out there? The Brunswicks are nice, but the Kennedys are cool, too. I like cap-toe boots so the Cesars are right up my alley. Depends what you're looking for, I guess.

I guess something that is uniquely Paul Smith. If you were buying Aldens you wouldn't buy their black cap toe even though it's a great shoe because they have a lot of other shoes like the Indy Boot and all sorts of great suede offerings. I'm guessing for Paul Smith that's dip dye or something? I like the Brunswicks but the Kennedys are a little out there. Is there like a master directory of all Paul Smith models?

Hah. It's funny you say that because I almost bought a pair of brown Alden cap toes not long ago. I held off because they were a little chunky for my taste. Personally I don't know that there is a single signature PS shoe. I think they have a distinct shape that you can see across various models, but there's no one model that sums it up (which is something I like, actually). If you're looking for something that's immediately recognizable as Paul Smith, though, the Millers and Corsos come to mind. But maybe that's just because I've seen a million pics of them. I think both are generally dip-dyed as well. I'm sure others will have other suggestions.

If I was only buying one pair of PS shoes right now it'd likely be the navy dip dye millers.


that said, I'm on the fence whether or not to order the plum suede millers right now since I have navy brogues already but nothing nearly as offensive as those plum jobbers. I also love the Iggys though...
