Sizing information: I wear a 10.5E or an 11D (preferable). The 44.5's fit me perfectly and the 45's are a bit roomy in the toe box, but still wearable. Maybe a 44.5-11 and 45-11.5 (or 12) is a better size conversion. (Thanks for the input from other members on this.)
