Yeah i wouldn't want to lose my form doing something like this turkish get up with a heavy weight above my head. It takes him 30 secs to get up and get down, so one rep then rest. anyway.

Not sure if they're technically tabatas but i do HIIT on the stepper - 30 secs full out intensity, 30 secs recovery at half intensity. .

here's 2 good ones:

with a band, 20 work 10 rest, 3 x

tri extensions
swim move
lat raise
squat row
band crunches
band punches

with barbell:

overhead squat
curl
military press
tri extension
bent row
floor press
barbell rollouts
deadlife, go light for everything, like 105 or 135 on the bar

3 x 20 work, 10 rest
