Picked up some Chu pants and I thought they were cool and different so I bought a few in case anyone else here might like them. They have a bit of Brunello Cucinelli-ism in them and I think that Chu punches above their weight when it come to pants. 100% wool, nice details, contrast stitching, lined to the knee, wool is tweedy but very soft and great quality. $145 each shipped.
The Chu are brown wool and a sea moss green wool, sizes are 32 and 34 in each color. The Cucinelli are light grey flannel, they are tagged EU 56 but the waist measures 39 inches. They are $185. I bought them for ebay, but if someone likes them I can take more pics.

All three pants

forgot I had these, was going to tailor them to fit me but my weight went in the opposite direction. Orange flannel 100% wool Incotex, size 32. Yes, orange. Flat front, lined to the knee, jean style pockets. Very slim fit. I love these and think they would rock with different sweaters or a navy or grey blazer. They are new, unworn and unhemmed, Incotex tag inside is torn. $85
Color comparison with the brown and green Chu's
