I love the claw feet.

So you have to twist that key to make it run ?

The laptop is something I came across months ago after reading about "steampunk". I believe it was actually a thread on this forum, but I could be mistaken. Anyways, I'm not into the stuff, I just found it to be sort of fun to look at. I believe the key powers the computer and it is removable. I'm not very knowledgeable about the whole scene, but I believe it's based on some type of historical science fiction.

Laptop is most obviously not photoshopped, this was a huge internet thing a little while back.

The winding key is removable, like with a grandfather clock.

I am going to remote link these images because you can just go to the site, which also has a video.

I am so very glad to stand corrected. The keyboard makes it look so fake in the pics, even the new ones you posted. I'd love to have it though. You left out the best part, the quill on the wifi card.

Plenty of junked old mid-war TVs around for under $100 with good cabinets - why not just retrofit an LCD panel into the screen part? Even paying for a professional installation and refurbishment would come out less than $3k.

Yes I've actually been contemplating doing this past few days. I wish I had a house.
