Perfect relaxation after a crap-tastic week.
Join the party, lol. I got "temporarily laid off" this week so I'm looking forward to relaxing tonight and sleeping in for a bit tomorrow

We got our car back from the body shop today. I had no idea how much I would miss having a car for 10 days.

And my AEs that I just won on EBay showed up...yesterday it turns out. They look fantastic.

Oh, and I have a three-day weekend.

Smart man. It was a good friends 24th today and chances are he's not going to remember any of it tomorrow.

I carried him on my shoulder 8 blocks then 6 floors up to his hotel room just to toss him on the bed and tell his g/f that he was his problem now.

Mind you, it's midnight where I am and I'm already home.

Oh, and just so this isn't all offtopic... Magic Hat #9 is making me happy right now.

Quality time with my s.o. My ongoing decluttering project -- I love getting rid of stuff! Replacing favorite VHS movies with DVDs: less clutter and cool new bonus features! I'll be popping in Glengarry Glen Ross any minute now...

+1. 2. Friendly dogs. 3. Finding stuff that fits me well OTR. (I've been lucky lately.)

Good coffee, and browsing cloth books at a Savile Row tailor.

Have not yet combined them, but in the works...

Buying OTR suits on discount and having the alterations done perfectly.

I imagine this is a wonderful experience. I look forward to the day when I can do it with any expectation of then ordering something.

What is this "VHS" you speak of?
The thought of a Sunday morning with breakfast in bed. Mimosas will be a must.

Evolve or die, Conne; Betamax' days are numbered...

My kids. My grandson. The knowledge that my best days are still ahead of me. And, at my advancing age: Morning wood. Oh, and Conne? It is properly referred to as TheOhio State University. Get it right or else.)

I know, I know. I can see it now...having "B.A., Ohio State University" on my resume instead of "B.A., The Ohio State University" and being interviewed by an alumnus. Instant fail.

Being white makes me happy. Did I win yet?

Going to see a jazz singer tonight. Felicia Carter. Check her out.
