Enjoy! Bring a heavy coat because you'll need it; unfortunately, it's still here.

Live it up, Kyle! Congrats on pleasing the chef.

What's making me happy? A Sazerac and a perfect burger at Village Whiskey (Philly) yesterday. No need to eat today...

After not touching a guitar for 20+ years, I just learned Glycerine. Yeah, it's a friggin' easy song, but still.

But can you strain your voice like you're trapped and dying under a boulder to achieve the right vocal sound?

Off to London tomorrow for a 7-night break from life in general. See you all on the 11th.

Have a great time. Get laid.

213# this morning. That's 43#.

The pattern now is I hang out at basically the same weight for 2-3 weeks then drop 3-5# in several days, then stabilize again. The plateaus are frustrating but the rapid drops rule.

IIRC this also means you can play "Smells Like Teen Spirit," just move it down a couple of frets and strum differently.
