Today is gray and rainy in STL, so I woke up feeling like I was a failure in life. (As I've mentioned before, I really struggle if I don't have plenty of sunlight.) But I am getting a lot better at recognizing when my mood is being adversely affected by the lack of sunlight and at taking measures to improve my condition. Typically, the best thing I can do is jazzercise (exercise of the body). I don't feel much motivation at all to do it, but I do it anyway and then I feel better.
