I did. I had some yesterday before dinner. I first sipped it like port which gave it a nice warm, tart, and fruity taste. A friend whom I shared it with said it had a licorice like taste.
I then had it in on the rocks with a twist of lemon. Good.
I then mixed it with Jack on rocks and lemon. Great.
It was like a wave of flavor. It had the smoothness of a tawny port at first but the aftertaste gave a kick. Pleasantly surprised at this concoction of mine.
How was your experience with it? Come up with any mixes/cocktails?
