I'm for that. I hate purple in general. On yeah, I was a groomsman at a friends wedding and had to wear a purple tie and hanky. I also had to wear an off white calvin klein shirt. I wanted to blow my brains out.

At the most recent wedding I attended, I picked out the groom's tie. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

It was a Hober satin of some sort.

I like weddings, especially when I'm not participating in them. Free booze, free food, and the opportunity for me to get drunk, obnoxious, and offend some puffin guest at the table.

The last wedding we attended turned into a complete and utter shit show, I loved it. Two days later, we met up with Sir Itsstillmatt, and the wife was still in recovery mode.

Not sure if I'm going to wear a PS or not - what is the protocol with a boutonniere?

Congrats!

Pissing me off: my mother's PC I've just assembled stopped working after only two weeks (no signal). So I had to come from Berlin to Hamburg (fortunately just 2-3 hours as opposed to 10-12 hours from Maastricht). Disassembled it completely and just tried CPU + one RAM module (since the internal graphics need it). Still not working. Jumper reset. Still not working.

Making me happy: New motherboard, working again. Some glitch regarding bluetooth which probably kills the bios. Still not sure why and still having some problems with a bluetooth keyboard. Damnit. (not making me happy)

So b1os is having trouble with his bios?

not sure that this makes me happy, but it doesn't piss me off, either, I guess - so, the son of the CEO and primary share holder of my company works in the company, its now 3rd gen family business. I've chatted with the son a few times, but not very much, he's in his early 30's, and might possibly be the CEO one day. anyway, I had to basically babysit him on a trip this week, for a project that impacts me. and it turned out he was not any trouble, he was cool enough, and everything went smoothly. I was really worried that we would have some problems, not necessarily with him but possibly with some of his team members.

then, last night we went out drinking and we all got totally wasted. it wasn't a bad week

"Happy" is the wrong word, but certainly brought a smile to my face.

Went to a screening of animated clips based on people sharing the stories of their lives (http://storycorps.org/).

This one stuck out.

hmmm, I am thinking that a reach around isn't something that I want to do, if I am guessing correctly what it is.
