I would think that would take you well out of ikea territory (not the $9.99 special, but beyond the 40-60 range of their less-flimsy lamps Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
)

But...it doesn't seem like there is much out there until you hit 5-600+ (with emphasis on the +). There are places that will sell you a faux-gilded, rubbed bronze, version of an Ikea lamp for $150, but not a lot else.

From the pictures I have seen of her future apartment, one of the Poul Henningsen glass floor lamps seems like it would fit in really well, but those are many times more expensive (especially if you go with the larger PH4.5/3.5).

At a BBQ, right before we were going to leave, my drunk girlfriend threw my hat in a pool and I didn't feel like getting it. I knew the only two people left at the party and told them to save it. They didn't remember and tossed it away the day after. It was a hat I won at a golf tourney so I was a little sad. One of the contractors that works for DPAir in our datacenter heard the news. He returned today with a Callaway golf hat for me. They apparently sponsor Callaway and have some real nice golf hats.

I thought it was pretty cool, they don't even work for us and he said, "Here, got a present from the guys. We were able to scrape one up at our office for you." This kind of stuff happens so rare here that I was like, "Seriously? Really? Like you guys are giving me this absurdly nice Callaway hat? Really?"

Said hat:

You wear that in public?

The St. Louis Ambush (soccer team) are back! Unfortunately, they did not bring back their old logo, which was funny (though probably not on purpose funny).

Was their old logo a bunch of penises (peni?) chasing a giant vulva? That would be funny.
