Thanks dewd. Looking forward to it. Great downtown area...some swanky bars, huge farmers' market, great music hall, nice public library, etc. all within a 10 minute stroll. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

And cuts my commute to like 15 mins from 30. That's 30 without traffic, so it becomes 45 on any random day. ffffuuuu.gif

Put in my two weeks today (public finance research institute). Going to teach economics and history full time for a year then move back to the United States for graduate school (le sigh...I'll be well into my 30s by the time I finally get a PhD).
