I am happy because I've recently succeeded in breaking some long-standing bad habits.
1. I am getting good at eating when I'm hungry. It used to be that if I was getting good work done and I got hungry, I'd wait as long as possible to eat. I'd get to the point where I'd start shaking. That was a bad thing to do.
2. I have changed the way I walk. I used to land on the very, very back of my heel, but now I land further forward.
