I got contacts when I was 13. The first time I tried to put them in, I almost fainted. But it becomes second nature very quickly.

Thanks!

Noap to quitting lol. Was in a stress and anxiety-induced haze last night!

Also just to clarify, I'm not one to just give up so easily during trying times, but the BS I've been putting up with lately combined with my itch to switch jobs soon anyway fueled me into briefly adopting a "fuck this! I quit!!" mentality last night. But hopefully things will calm down now. Phew.

Except when they slip out of place and get lost behind your eyeball somewhere . . .

I wore contacts almost exclusively for many years but in the last few years my eyes have gotten to the point where contacts just do not cut it. I hate wearing glasses, as I think they make me look old, but I comfort myself in the fact that I am old.

There are just two universities who utilize this systems with two rounds of tests and an interview.
There were 1500 applicants for Med School and there are just 200 places ( if I recall it correctly).

So definitely not there yet but this just gave me a big boost.
Good luck as you proceed through the process. Hope it works out for you.

Nathan Fielder is really funny. His show on Comedy Central is really underrated.

drank too much last night. expected today to be shitty but it was actually just fine.

No vom, no headache... just a little tired whenmy gf got up at 7 to do some work. sleeping in for a couple more hours mostly took care of that.

That sounds like a happy event, but it also seems sad at the same time.
