He cheered for the Red Sox in the early 70's as a new immigrant in Boston and learned how the game was played on the fly. The weird part was how he never announced that the brother and I were going to a game... just would put us in a car and bring us there.
I watched my first baseball game 3 years back at at&t park and I loved the experience. I don't even like sports in general and I couldn't care less about baseball but there is something about seeing it live, seeing all those "rituals" the fans do, the food and beer, and meeting the regulars in the area I was sitting in. I'd definitely watch again when I'm back and baseball is in season.

you stupid basterd. that was me, and I gave you my number after telling you I'm in town and we should meet up when you're not wasted.
a lady that used to work for us as a housekeeper/nanny then left and moved to some arab country is back in town, and we let her stay in our place for free while she's sorting out her job options. obviously she got to learn arabian cuisine; and sometimes she cooks for us and right now I'm enjoying a fucking mean dish of beef biryani.... so, so good!
