Your enjoyment of the finer things in life clearly reveals that you are, indeed, a self-loathing prick who attempts to mask his seething discontent with life through grandiose displays of affection towards teh foie. I'm surprised you haven't shot yourself in the face by now. I really wish you would.

18 grams?! icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif indeed! Unfortunately, I am a pussy and cannot muster the courage to consume plain greek yogurt. I will opt for the strawberry banana with 9999 grams of sugar.

That reminds me, gotta drank my protein shake so I can get dem jacked fibraz by the morning through dat protein synthesis.

Does real yogurt actually exist in America? The stuff there is as bland as the cheese.

Again, I blame silly FDA regulations re: pasteurization.

I was told they are not silly on this very site. People are dying on the streets of France.

things are going pretty fucking well. honestly, I think that my work/life balance is about as good as it has ever been. I am developing several new markets this year (Japan and 12 new European Markets) , and the existing markets are all (for the most part) growing well. my 2-4 toughest distributors are falling into line and doing what I tell them to do. I had a team meeting last week, and while some of my team whined like little girls, nobody disrupted the meeting or caused me grief.

got home yesterday from Dubai, Mexico and Colombia, and took my son to a basketball game. this morning having some quality time with the wife and lunch with some friends, then the family and I are going away for the weekend on a synagogue retreat. next week I'll spend a few days off work working with my kids on their science fair projects.

monday off to Nicaragua for a couple of days. then back for the weekend. and off for a week in Amsterdam.

I have a business guest coming to town in a few weeks and got a reservation at one of my favorite resteraunts, where it used to be almost impossible to get a reservation in less than 2 months.

and I've been excersizing every day (no misses) for the past 3 weeks or so, includng hitting a crossfit class every day I have been in town. life is good

oh, and probably the most important, I have found that baby oil is a fantastic tool to keep your asshole from itching.

Had a really shitty week, as everyone is on holiday, so I'm left in waiting position, but as I open my mail here 16:30 on friday afternoon, I have received an email for a client I thought we had lost, wanting an offer on something. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

its a filson dog coat. my wife did add some velcro and a button hole for a harness (YEAHEY SHE'S FINALLY USING THE SEWING MACHINE SHE BOUGHT!). its pretty cool in that its reversible: oiled canvas on one side and wool on the other.

perfect for the weather this early assed morning until now: slush pellet pelting.
