I enjoy morning activity but I can't do strenuous workouts that early, I save that for after work. I used to run early in the morning, but have found that my day gets off to a better start with yoga. So at 6 this morning I did yoga with one of my favorite instructors, and was the only student which was fantastic. A private session of sorts.
