I went on a bender going into the weekend and had too much salt. It was playing havoc with my system (weight, temperature, blood pressure, metallic sour taste in my mouth) but I think I finally got over it today.

Going to try laying off the alcohol again today.

she's usually fucking terrible at buying simple things like a t-shirt/sweater/tie on her own. This time she texted me pictures of three possible shirts and asked which one was best.

thanks, i drove up with 2 of my brothers and my sister. my cousins were very appreciative that we drive down, and it was really nice to see all the family that had also come in for the wedding. saw my grandma, great aunt, and a bunch of aunts uncles and cousins, was great. totally worth it, and the right thing to do..

I shower twice a day. Once in the morning and then once after the gym. If I go to the gym during lunch (not often) then I sometimes shower before bed. Showering feels good, man.

I haven't taken two showers in two consecutive days for years. It takes too much time and wastes too much energy. I'm naturally clean but I also practice good daily hygiene. I'm probably cleaner two days after my last shower than some people are two hours after.

I honestly don't understand taking a daily shower.

If you lived in the south you would have to take a shower every day. Sometimes more than once.
