I was complaining a while back about having a neighbor being a irresponsible dog owner [her young son walks the dog and just lets it shit on the sidewalk]. I never did complain even after stepping in a huge log in a hurry to my garage/on my way to work.

Tonight - I just got back from walking my dog and a large black woman approaches me at a particularly dark part of the sidewalk and asks sternly: "excuse me... is there poop in that bag?"

I'm kinda freaked because I can see a handgun inside her jacket.

It turns out she's a undercover cop. There have been dozens of formal complaints made to the police/sanitation department about irresponsible dog owners in the area. I'm kind of relieved, because I thought I was going to get robbed/shot/assaulted/woman raped by a large black woman.

I'm happy because the area is conspicuously cleaner of dog shit blatantly in the middle of the sidewalks. She's been handing out $500 citations all day apparently. So she's happy making quotas easily i guess mwink[1].gif

. She also psyched she gets to bring her dog to the job (pretending to be just walking her dog in the area). I bought her a coffee on the way back from the walk.

we need this type of enforcement where I live.
