LOL, nope. Time has been in short supply lately, and today's a rest day, so I set the alarm a bit later, got out the wenches, the shop light, and the 5W-30, rolled under the Jeep and got 'er done.

I dreamed that little Genevieve had made poopahs all over the floor in the French room. Not only that, but there was also a big puddle of her peepahs. I was woken up from my dream by Genevieve herself, who was getting impatient for her nutriment. For a second I was mad at her (because of the aforementioned poopahs and peepahs), but then I became happy when I realized it was just a dream.

I gave my first lecture to 200 freshmen today for the first time ever. Luckily, there were about three who were willing to answer my questions, and a couple of them actually came up to thank me after the lecture.

And, it's Friday! I'm off to play in the department football game (faculty vs grad students) despite nearly breaking my leg yesterday, and then eat a bunch of food at our Thanksgiving Dinner tonight. Great end to a loooong week.

I read the book and it was very good. Since he seems so interested in the scents, I think L' would enjoy reading it if only for the descriptions of smells.

I knew there was a movie but I always wondered how it could work since scent is not something that can really be shown on screen and the book was so descriptive...but I'll have to watch it based on what everybody here is saying.
