Meguchan is ascaredy of shrink wrap, her all time favourite toys are the tops off plastic soda bottles. She will bring them to me and spit them out on my lap (or chest if I'm prone) it means "time to play fetch". I throw it down the hall and she'll run and fetch it back. She also likes (hates) ice cubes, I think that she believes there are monsters living in the ice cube maker and that the cubes are their evil spawn, which she must destroy to protect the household.

Amazon boxes are easily replaceable.

Meguchan is at this moment demanding breakfast even though she knows very well that breakfast time isn't for another hour.

Have you see this movie? One of my favourite classic British comedies.

I'm pretty sure I have not seen that movie. (I am not even going to lie, I don't know what the movie is.) Does it have to do with kitties at breakfast time?

It's called Genevieve. Delightfully corny 50s british comedy. The car is call Genevieve.

Today I am wearing a Ferragamo tie with dogs lying beneath Middle Eastern looking pavilions. It makes me feel so whimsical and gay.

do you have any ties that do not make you feel whimsical and gay?

I'm not buying into the whimsical part of that statement..

It's mostly my Hermes and Ferragamo ties that make me feel whimsical and gay, although I also have a pink paisley Brioni that has that effect.

Of course sometimes I feel whimsical and gay without a tie having produced that effect.

Most of my ties are rather traditional and conservative. I don't think any of them make me feel whimsical and gay, not even my bow ties.
