just went to a engagement party for a friend of mine. and lo and behold, there were 2 guys there (twin brothers) that were in my class in elementary schoo, that i have not seen for probably 15 years. was very nice to catch up with them.

I've been in my office since around 1 or so working on a paper that has a rapidly approaching deadline. I really needed to get a lot of pages done today, and I did. In fact, I exceeded my most optimistic hopes. Now I am going to go home, talk with Genevieve about her day, and enjoy a port. (For myself; no port for Genevieve.)
