How optimistic I am, Leeds United getting a takeover and signing some quality players with a Leeds edge to them, had an interview which seemed to go well yesterday for a promotion to a great job, hopefully get to finally fuck my friend I've been lusting over for years this weekend, and the suns out.

If only I could find my bloody coffee grinder life would be perfect.

I had a very good day of writing today. Except for a few small additions I need to make, I have finished writing a chapter of the book I'm working on.

^Congrats on the good day of writing. On a related note, I finally sent six books that I had been working on for a couple of years to the printers last week. What a fucking relief that was.


Today, I'm feeling happy about being even more settled in my new home. I just picked up a near-new, very nice, German-made loft bed for my daughter's room. To make a long story short, I bought a little house for the two of us last year, and her room is particularly small. So, the loft bed should give her a lot more floor space, and provide room underneath for the drafting table that my grandfather built. She's big into art, and very excited about having the table in her room! Happy kid makes a happy parent.
