I had a great weekend - stuck in Mexico city, so saturday morning I went to a park where people jog, and ran 10K. then I walked over to Friha whats-her-names house, the mexican primitive artist (I'm not a philistine, just she isn't my kind of art). then walked over to Trosky's house. spent the afternoon at a flea market.

today, went downtown where they close the streets off for biking, and rented a bike and rode along with thousands of other people on a 30K ride. it really tired the fuck out of me, but it was a lot of fun. stoped along the way and had some tocos and other local food.

in the afternoon hit the anthropological museum, one of my 10 favorite museums in the world.

now back to work

My trip to Nawlins was wonderful. I don't think it could have gone any better.

That whole part of Mexico City is awesome. I would spend a week in that section if I could.

Oh, I have my tripped planned out for NYC. I have work on Weds but I am likely going to get Tuesday off. So stoked.

And my shitty-ass roommate is moving out today. Rather than say goodbye to him last night I went to bed lol.

I've owned my domain for years and I've finally gotten around to doing something with it. I'm not sure what direction I'm going to go with it but at least it's up and running.

I'm quite happy to say that I have lost 2 pounds.

Did you decide recently to stop swallowing?

If you must know, I have made minor adjustments to my diet/workout routine and as you can see, am reaping the benefits.

You are just skin and bones, now!

Who would have thought that it works?

I am nowhere near perfect. If there is one thing that my body could use more of, it's sleep. Six hours isn't enough for me these days.
