Used to love in the winter after a night shift...

Falling asleep in a warm bed when it is freezing outside with my cat on my pillow..

agree.

...

today, the son got up without his usual sturm und drang, had his clothes ready, and was out the door before I was. HOLY COW. He must want something. Also, banged out a solid track workout this morning (6 x 800, 200 recovery) and found myself hanging on at the midway point but held on through the end. Weirdly enough, my times didn't rise despite the distress.

As I left the track, a young lady said "Run Sonic Run" I wished her a good day and wondered what that was all about. Does she want me? Should I have shook her hand? I have no idea.

No idea: she wasn't running. I guess she's an early drop-off in a hoodie and jeans, wandering about. I think she's there early every Tuesday. Cute face, from what I could tell between the dim lighting (it was still dark outside) and the distress from just finishing, but I could be way wrong.

NSFW

Finally took my superbowl shit. I've been feeling like I was pregnant since sunday night. I really wish someone had told me that there was lobster in the salsa.

the black speech bubble in the text editor is your NSFW Spoiler tag. it makes them click on your post to see the content if they wish to or avoid it.

I'm generally alarmingly regular because I eat really healthy. Superbowl I ate a ton of red meat (which I don't normally) a lot of cheese (which I don't normally) and apparently lobster, which I'm allergic to. I seriously dropped about 8 pounds in ten minutes.

There is this guy in my office who I couldn't identify who he reminded me of. I finally figured it out: Robert Mitchum.
