The calves are fine it's the crotch that's really killing me here. That's a back up though, I could have them tailored into shorts and then get rid of them. What would be a good inseam length for that, 11.5 inches?

Naked and famous denim - Page 647
I'll get some up soon. I have worn them all summer and walked all over Tokyo in them when I was there in June :)
I will get some evo pics up soon. They are actually at the tailors currently, I am having her go ahead and reinforce the crotch before it gets out of control. I do not have a rip yet but I am starting to see lots of wear and I want to fix it before it becomes a problem. They are not hard to fade at all...nice denim and pretty stiff at first for such a light weight
Here are a few more fit pics of my Blow Owl Chinos. Will be tapering and hemming them soon, maybe an inch at the thigh .7" at the knee and .5 in the leg. Looking to get a clean break on these, so maybe an inch and some change off the inseam. Anyways here you can seen that the knee is really baggy and I seem to have a bit of room in the thigh which I don't mind too much.
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Mine just left for crotch repair. I washed them many times so no dazzling contrast but man the jeans are so soft now.

Naked & Famous Spring/Summer 2013 Preview Part 2: New Denims!
Spring is still quite a ways out, but spring collections are currently on my mind! We are finalizing our spring orders this week and we wanted to highlight some denims for the Naked & Famous spring 2013 line up. I feel like I say this every season, but Naked & Famous has really put together a great collection! Here is a quick breakdown of some of our personal favorite denims for the upcoming collection.

Suvin Selvedge. Suvin is an Indian cotton with an extra long staple. This type of cotton is primarily used in linens and more luxury type fabrics, not used in denim! Basically this fabric is extremely soft and become much softer with wear. The weave is very inconsistent and similar to the low tension weave denim from the current collection. It is a 13oz weight offered in the Weird Guy only and limited to a one time only production of about 1000 pairs. These will be around for a while, but not that long and one to check out in person. Price is $160 retail.

Natural Indigo Organic Selvedge. Made using both organic cotton and organic natural dye. When using "real" natural indigo, the fabric is very streaky and the color of the warp yarns will not match. When rope dying using a natural indigo, even multiple dips will not get a consistent color, thus every denim will have slight variations in color and each denim will be different. The color is amazing! It is a beautiful light indigo and a weight of only 13oz making it the perfect denim going into spring. This is also a very limited one time production of only around 300 pairs. This denim will sell out fast and we suggest ordering upon arrival. Weird Guy only. Price is only $150.

Red Weft Selvedge. This denim is making a come back by popular demand, last produced spring/summer 2010. It is a 12.5oz selvedge that fades to unique variations of white with slight red tints. Weird Guy only, $158 retail.

Blue Weft Selvedge. This is brand new fabric, but identical to the red weft selvedge. It will be slightly softer as the red technically has an additional coating to mute the red color slightly, so it will feel not quite as crisp, yet it is the same fabric. Weird Guy (photo above), Slim Guy. $158 retail.

Lightweight Selvedge. Fabric is only 10oz and color is a beautiful dark indigo that will fade nicely. It is light, breathable, and good for summer and warm climates. Skinny Guy (photo above), Weird Guy, Slim Guy. Retail is $158.

Kamikaze Attack Collab. This denim features a 14.5oz unsanforized slubby indigo/indigo fabric and made in the Skinny Guy fit. More details on this one will come later! Retail is $260.

Royalcast Broken-Twill Selvedge. This past season featured "greencast", this coming spring will be the identical fabric in a royal blue indigo. Color is a repro 1960's indigo. Skinny Guy (photo above), Weird Guy, Slim Guy. Retail is $158.

Vintage Dungaree Selvedge. 1930's workwear reproduction fabric using a gray and white mix yarns which gives a dirty gray weft color. Fabric is 9.75oz and a great spring/summer pant. Skinny Guy (photo above), Weird Guy, Slim Guy. Retail is $150.

Sorry I'm confused when do they come out? I know it sounds like a stupid question but are they coming out anytime soon or are they literally coming out march~june next year?
I want to know if I should be saving money to kop the natural indigo
Naked & Famous Spring/Summer 2013 Preview Part 2: New Denims!
Do not do this. A. nobody will buy them. B. You're wrecking one of the best colabs N&F has done.
Ask yourself this, how did hemming them work out for you?
If you try to stretch that part they will likely rip at a seam.
Most spring collections generally roll out in mid-Jan. N&F does have a habit of letting their longtime stockist like BlueOwl get certain products well before expected release dates. PM or email Jay (from BlueOwl), he will take care of you.
Alright, so your answer to my question was B
I'll ask my question in more detail. So you see in this situation, a vendor of Jeans is releasing news about new styles of jeans he/she is going to be stocking. Now I find this weird, why would a vendor release news about Jeans he isn't going to have in stock for almost a year. That doesn't make sense to me, so maybe it's coming out something this year; hence my question : Are they literally coming out, next year, after the end of the world, in the summer of 2013. Now I realize maybe this question may sound stupid, but can someone at least grace me with a straight-forward answer to my question. Anyway I'm not trying to be a dick or anything, I just want a straight-forward answer.
Thanks though man, I appreciate you trying and I give you a B for effort...

You lazy sack I give you an F for Fail. Why not call a stockiest or hell call N&F and ask when the summer jeans came out in this year’s line & if they have a release date for the SS13 line? To lazy? Why don't you put in some effort instead of coming on here and giving some one who is trying to help a hard time?
Put in a little effort while you’re at it to research basic product cycles, and look at a calendar as well. This line is 7-8 months out, I used quantum physics to figure it out.
BTW that’s more then enough time to buy and fade a new pair of jeans, winter is coming up it’s heavy denim cop time.
Do not click the link if you don't want to see my Naked And Famous Redcore update.

I actually posted in this thread because I thought Jay-D was going to answer the question directly in this thread, I saw no reason to waste his inbox space with a small question like that, So in all actuality my question was Directed towards Jay-D in the first place, you assumed it was directed at everyone, still I should appreciate that anyone answered it in the first place.
Also thank you for answering my question I'm going to drop this. I was about to buy the Natural Indigo Revival in skinny guy from Blue owl but I probably won't have been able to fit them after I finish bulking up. Anyways still thanks for at least answering my question that's all I wanted.

It's just how the fashion industry works, shops purchase stock 6 months in advance and the trade shows for summer 2013 are going on at the moment, so the shops are seeing the new stock now and some share what they are seeing with us.
