It's more prominent on one leg than the other but I can see one forming on the other leg. I haven't soaked them (Trying to keep them stiffer for higher contrast fades.) so perhaps that has something to do with it. Would spraying the back with a bit of water help? If not, no big deal, that's raw denim for you! But if there's anything I can do I'd love to know.

They're more prominent when actually worn, but this is the best I can do. Sorry!

I would not worry about this at all. In fact, I like it... It will add character to your combs!

Mine haven't yet and I wear them with walnut/british tan shoes some times. I haven't soaked or washed this pair though. But have had them for 3 months and nothing yet.

happens to me too and i hate it, it makes the creases look sloppy and it only happens to one leg for me.  for me, one leg has super nice combs but the other doesnt because my right quad/knee is bigger

I guess that's just what you get with raw denim. I must say though, those combs are still coming along quite nicely.

Just some took some shots of the winning pair from the N&F x Cracker Magazine x Modeman Pop up event in Seoul. 24oz and probably my favourite faded pair of N&F.

Yep but it'll come out of suede and canvas.  I use an Allen Edmonds suede cleaner to get out the indigo stains.  It's the price you pay for raw.

Edit: Also, those faded pair from the Seoul event are amazing.  How long was the contest?

Apologies if this has been asked and answered recently: anyone know of stockists in Vancouver selling the doubleface crewnecks?

Related: I really miss the N+F popup shop.

I have also wondered about this. I am considering rinsing/rubbing off the indigo on the very edge of the pants that actually touches the shoe. I would rub off the indigo on the inside and on the outside of the edge of hemmed part of the pants.

Thoughts?

Why are you so worried about your shoes? What kind of shoes do you wear?

^ why does that matter? having stains on any shoes looks stupid.  its not like its scuff marks from working in boots, its just bleeding indigo; theres no 'purpose'

I just ordered my first N+F WG in deep indigo selvedge in size 38 from Tate+Yoko. I usually wear the Rogue Territory Stantons and tried to sync up the measurements. I found that Weird Guys were the closest to that. I was wondering, do these fit TTS? or should I have sized down to a size 36? Also I was thinking of getting the N+FxONI denim but they're unsanforized. I like to soak my jeans about on the 4 month mark. Will they still shrink after that much time? BTW, any care instructions on the Deep indigo selvedge?

No - buying TTS in the Weird Guy will have the waistband usually 2+ inches more than tagged > ie tagged 38 measures 40-40.5, mainly to account for how low they sit on the hips. Most on the board will advise sizing down (I say -1, others -2, all depends on the fit. Some do go TTS).

As far as I know RTStantons are pretty close from tag to measurement, no? So if you wear a 38 stanton, a 36 WG might suffice better. HOWEVER - the key on getting any jeans right from brand to brand is nailing down THE THIGH MEASUREMENT. Get this right and you will save yourself a lot of time and money.
