Yeah I was heading out to class and didn't have time to check other things. Kinda wishing I got the pair of spellbounds. Even with the 30 euros shipping the price is pretty reasonable at 166 euros or whatever it was after VAT. Just hoping it fits

FWIW, a 34 in Elephant2 fit just the same as these. These felt even a bit more comfortable (as far as the denim "softness" goes) if that makes any sense

Do you normally wear a 32 or 33 WG?

Damn how big are your thighs? I'm at 24 or so and normally can fit into a 32 WG after a little stretch

26.5-27? Haven't measured in a few weeks.

What size did you get? Did you size up at all from your regular Weird Guy size?

Someone asked me about mine the other day and I said this:

They are worn as more of a dress pant by me, so i'm trying to avoid fading.

These are different from any pants I've had. For one thing the inseam is not actually selvedge. I suspect this is because of the very unique construction method. They are very luxurious and warm feeling though. No rigidity at all. Super soft. They are insanely overdyed. They bleed like a mother because of the massive amount of indigo used to get the dark dark navy color.

When I got them they were very dark navy. Almost black. I gave them a cold soak after about a month because they were a bit dirty. After the soak they turned a shade or two lighter to a normal deep navy. Also there is some minor abrasion fading in spots. Nothing that visible. I wear mine maybe once a week and I try to take care of them because they do nicely as dressy pants and I don't wanna fade them.

I am curious to see how much more the color fades after more washes... If you want fades I expect these would fade about as well as any overdyed denim.

About the sizing, these don't really stretch like normal jeans because the fiber has a kind of natural give to it. Kind of like pajamas in a way? They didn't shrink much. I think if you wear them hard enough they will stretch like anything else. They are soft and feel like they would give to pressure on the fibers eventually. They would probably be fine as an every day pant for winter. I don't think Brandon would put out something if it wasn't.

I wear the Skinny Guy and it fits true to size. For the Weird Guys, they measure 1" larger than tagged, so I would size down 1 size instead of the usual 2.

I wear a 29 in the Petite New Standard and they fit like a glove.

In both the Naked and Famous/ Oni & Naked and Famous / Flathead jeans I wear a 30 as they are shrink to fit.

*both are cut to the weird guy style,

both are chain stitched to 32 and i can cuff them or not depending on what shoes or boots I'm wearing without any problems.

I have yet to wash either pair.
If i was buying jeans that are not raw in the weird guy. I would defiantly get a 29.

They are all raw just are sanforized

I have still not seen a proper progress pic for nfxbj, starting to think that they are incapable of producing fades.  Anyone have examples?

I bought these during the barney's coop sale during august and have been wearing them every day with pretty much no progress.

overall I am happy with the fit, but disappointed in everything else.  Should I wait it out for another few months or trade/sell these for something that shows a bit more promise?

here is a fairly recent picture
nfxbj 32

details:  I am 6'2 175lbs.  denim is size 32 nf x big john
