The waist size of a worn pair knows what size N&F to get.

Any sizing advice for reverse-fade skinny guys? Is it okay to size down one from true circumference at hip/where pants usually rest?

Say I prefer size 31 in APC NS, would a size 34 in the reverse-fades skinny guys be ok? The waist of most of my worn jeans and pants is about 35 inches.

I have the black selvedge WGs and I've been really happy with them, fit is spot on, would highly recommend.

@buran i say size up 1 from your original waist, i found when i ordered them that they ran pretty small, so it's definitely better to be sizing a little larger than smaller with these. I got a size 29 since my actual waist is about 29.5 and they were skin tight and could barely button anything up, should have sized with a tagged 31 i think but oh well. haha hope this helps!

damn, that's the vibe I've been getting from searching the thread too. Too bad my size is sold out then. Maybe they'll do another run sometime, but thanks for saving me some money in the meantime. For those of you wondering they're now 69$ at barney's and only come in size 34.

yeah, the reverse fades defintely ran small, i was not able to button my tagged size 31s so i returned them back to barneys

you can call barneys and talk to a sales associate. they'll look in their system to see if the jeans are available at any of their stores and have them shipped to you. they'll still be the sale price, but you'll have to pay for shipping. from what i've heard, the web reflects the NYC store only. however, when i talked to a rep, they found some items i wanted at the NYC store, even though they showed as sold on the web. i called several of the stores, and by far the most helpful person was a guy named Ryan in Menswear at the Scottsdale, AZ store...FYI.

@S-Town, thanks I'll be sure to contact them. Is it correct that with the reverse-fade skinny guys it's best to size up 1? (35 isn't made anyways).

I can attest to how helpful they are. I live in LA and this dude Jose tracked down a pair of red wefts (from last spring/summer's line) in my size all the way from Orlando.

what's the diff b/w this year's red wefts and last year's red wefts? i just bought a pair of the red wefts from i assume this season, not sure where the differences lie. Thanks

ended up doing a hot soak (hottest tap water, which was quite scalding)...

I didn't do pre-soak measurements, but I just now measured waist/hem/knee/and inseam-- the only noticable difference from the measurements on the Blue Owl site is that the inseam seams to be a bit shorter (maybe 1.5"). I wore them for a couple hours before the soak, which I'm guessing stretched the waist out a bit before the hot soak brought it back to original.

I don't think there's any difference, though I haven't seen this years run in the wild.

yeah i listened to everyone and went tts, but i really wish i had sized down one. i'll keep them, but i think one down would have been just slightly better for me.
