Naked and famous denim - Page 805

Also what website has sales on N&F other then ********* and barneys.com

I have a pair of raw denim already but how would these look

http://www.barneys.com/Naked-Famous-Weird-Guy/502581554,default,pd.html?cgid=mens-denim&index=3

Would it be thin like a chambray shirt .

Gilt is having a Naked & Famous sale right now where you can get a few pairs for significantly less than retail. Use the link provided below to access the page and make an account, as it's a members only site. 32 will most likely be the right size for you. At first, they will be tight and you may not be able to button one or more buttons. Wear them as much as possible to stretch them out/break them into being more comforable. They should fit just as you want them to after a few days or so, depending on how much you wear them.

What do you guys think is better fit for me, the Weird Guy Sashiko (http://tateandyoko.com/Sale/Naked-Famous-Weird-Guy-Indigo-Sashiko.html) or Skinny Guy Sashiko (http://tateandyoko.com/Sale/Naked-Famous-Skinny-Guy-Indigo-Sashiko.html). This is going to be my first pair of N&F so I'm nervous. I have a natural 32.5 waist so and there's no size chart for them. I like skinny jeans but if I buy something and I can't even button it, then it'll be a huge disappointment. So either Skinny Guy 30-31 or Weird Guy 32....

thanks alot

Whats your opinon on these

I'm probably gonna get a normal pair but i have a lot of jeans already so i don't really need that many plain denim.I can get it for like 57 so i might get these along with a black pair of skinny guys i found on a site.

Naked & Famous 12.5oz Broken-Twill Cast Denim Series: Vintagecast vs Royalcast

With the recent release of Naked and Famous' new Vintagecast denim on top of the their current Royalcast, you might be wondering: What's the difference? The answer is simply the indigo used to dye the cotton. The fabric was woven in the same mill, the jeans assembled in the same factory, and even down to the patch every detail is the same. However, the different indigo results in a very different color!

Royalcast on the left and Vintagecast on the right. You can see the details of the broken twill in this shot, as well as the identical selvedge ID. The Royalcast almost looks like a regular indigo next to the Vintagecast!

Both are astoundingly beautiful colors in person. A perfect light color, light weight denim for summer. Both are available in Skinny and Weird Guy fits.

Naked & Famous "Weird Guy" Vintagecast Broken-Twill 12.5oz Selvedge Denim

* Made with 12.5oz sanforized Japanese white selvedge with pink accents

* 5 pocket, button fly closure

This thread is just an ad dump at this point.  Really sucks.  Mister where are you?

I think it might be nice to have some evo fit pics but blue owl's posts are always informative/interesting and I appreciate them at least

Did an ocean wash on my pair of Indigo Selvedge's - they are a bit too big for me now so it was a test run to see if ocean washing produces nice fades for me. Let me know what you think; I don't see too much of a difference, but if I scrubbed with sand for a bit longer it might end up looking better.

Before:

After:

Looks like the right leg faded slightly more... The only real difference I see for Before VS After is the fades that were already there have just become more prominent.

did you expect something magical to happen? washing raw denim doesn't make fades appear out of nowhere. you gotta work for them.

No, I didn't expect magic.... I just expected to see more of a difference than there is. I didn't expect hardcore fades, but more of a color change overall.

Just ran into Nordstroms rack to look for some new shoes.  Decided to browse by the clearance rack and low and behold I found a pair of Red Core's on clearance for $79.  I was waiting to find some pomegranates, but this was too good of a deal to pass up.  Check a store near you...

The change was noticeable.  [Phone fade aside], they look good.  Lots of contrast.

Posts from Jay are not "ad dumps" when it is giving us information on the new N&F being released. His posts have been more informative and better than anything you or Mister have posted.

Nah. They're ad dumps.
