Naked and famous denim - Page 760

ive had some for a couple years. when i first got them i wore them almost everyday for months. but they only get worn a few times a month now. theyre not as durable as other jeans of that weight but theyre not falling apart or anything. the crotch area is worn pretty bad for the activities and amount of time i wore them. i like them but if i had to do it over again i would have gotta the black selvedge weird guys and sized down 1 to get the skinny guy fit.

I wore them at least 5 times at home for a few hours each time before I wore them out.

Trying to keep your junk from getting pinched in your pants while walking is not fun and my Nudie Slim Jims and 4 Stroke raw jeans never did this. If I wear them low enough to keep the crotch at the right place then my butt doesn't fit.

I think they are just not meant for me.

My junk is tight in 2 out of 3 pairs of N&F jeans...I just deal with it.

My Blue Seven in Oklahoma is running a fun fading contest now. http://myblueseven.com/blog/

Here is one of their photos as a teaser:

I notice that he is 4 months in, but I don't know how many washes or what size he is wearing. The style is SkinnyGuy Deep Indigo Selvedge.

^^LOL, N&F are the last jeans I'd buy to actually do anything in.

OK, sorry... done with N&F, done here, carry on...

^ I worked a sheet rock gig for a whole summer in my elephant 2s so I don't see the problem

Just received a pair of the indigo weird guys and a black n&f belt in the mail. You guys are not kidding about the crotch lacking room. Hopefully it'll stretch a bit. Went -2 on the jeans which seems right. Went +2 on the belt, which was clearly a mistake. Looks like I'll have to use the smallest hole. The belt is insanely thick by the way.

Anyone have any evo pics of the sulphur dyed black jeans? Looked around and couldn't really find anything

I don't think the problem with not enough room for the junk is due to rise, but rather how the front of the jeans proportions are designed... there is no slack for getting your hands into the pockets and the position of the crotch vs. the butt is all wrong. When the butt fits the crotch is up way too high. I measured the rise on my Slim Guys to be 10", which isn't that short. It is the proportions of the jeans and not having slack in the pockets/front of jeans that just don't work out (for me). They are just built for people with a way different body shape than mine. And it doesn't hurt if your junk is small I guess...   rotflmao.gif

I agree. I think the WG fit is definitely not for everyone. And it definitely doesn't seem to have to do with the front rise. I actually think it might have more to do with the back rise than anything else. I've had WG's with varying front rise and even when they measured the same as the rise on my apc's which fit perfectly, they just were never comfortable. just throwing in my 2 cents.

So glad to know that I wasn't the only one having issues using the front pockets..

And if you can do things in raw denim, you can do the same with much more comfort in other kinds (not just 2%elastine, even the pre-washed and softened ones)

Or if you're not built with beautiful birthing thighs and hips

The waist is fine, if not a little big. I tried a pair of slim guys, but they were way too big. Will the skinny guys be even worse than the weirds?

they ARE called weird guys...
