hey i have a question i'm purchasing a pair of naked and famous hemp blend selvedge denim is this a good brand of denim is hemp good? also they are skinny guy jeans size 38 i wear a size 38 to a 40 in comune skinny jeans a size 38 in levi 511 i don't like my jeans tight so are these jeans true to size ? if they are tight will they stretch do they fit like apcs or prps?

They generally stretch an inch at the waist and slightly everywhere else. Not sure about the hemp. Check tate + Yoko or Blue Owl for measurements. Skinny Guys generally run 1 inch larger than their tag size. Referencing other jeans you own doesn't help us due to the unpredictable vanity sizing that occurs with denim. Also, you can't smoke the hemp jeans. Good luck.

+1 to this. measure your jeans that fit you well and compare to the measurements on tate yoko or blue owl, taking into account some stretching in the waist and minimal everywhere else.

Where to get some N&F SlimGuy in 28? Compared to WeirdGuy & SkinnyGuy, SlimGuy seems to be extremely limited, especially at 28". Tried both Tate & Yoko and BlueOwl, only to get 2, 3 pairs of undesirable fabric/pattern/weight/etc. Googled to a bunch of online stores but to no avail either. Any another suggestions? Also, I am located in Chicago and visit San Francisco regularly, in case there are worthy bricks & mortars.

Great store to buy from. I did a few transactions on their eBay store as well. It's a bit cheaper than the store. Their eBay store at one time was called Mildblend but they changed it to Indigo Heritage.

Just talk to Jay at Blue Owl, he's the man.  Even if he doesn't have it in stock, I bet he can find it or point you in the right direction.

Cancel that, you went through Blue Owl already - that was about all I had.

Beyond that, the last page of this shit is fucking LOL.   Distorbiants' rant may have been a bit short for some people looking for help, but it was pretty accurate.   People need to be able to do SOME research or reading before coming here.

Getting into raw denim can be pretty fucking intimidating; I do admit that. There's a shitton of questions marred up with excitement of one day achieving RAW FADEZ, and it does take some digging to find all the answers. Still, some people really don't even try.

I throw my hat in for Mild Blend if you're in Chicago. Their N&F selection of pretty damn good and the owner, Luke, isn't totally adverse to haggling. They have chainstitching too.

I ended up ordering Weird Guys in 29 after making a spreadsheet comparing sizing in the various fits. 29 Weird Guy and 31 Super Skinny are almost the same, but the Weird Guys have 1'' more thigh room, identical to my Unbrandeds; and I wouldn't want any less than those offer.

Anyway, I'll be buying the Red Cores next assuming these fit well.

I was considering the N&F "Chinos" as well, but they just look like regular jeans. Why are these called chinos? I want to be able to wear a chino in a business casual setting. Cuffs and tits on the patch do not facilitate this. Either way, I think I'll get the Sand or Olive ones. But I'll refuse to call them chinos, mwahahaha!

Also want some Painters, but I'll wait until it warms up for that.

This page explains the difference between regular chino fabric and "duck" fabric: http://epauletnewyork.com/collections/trousers-chinos/products/rivet-chino-duck-canvas-caramel

I wouldn't wear N&F chinos in a formal setting.

ive always been against them being called chinos too. just having the fabric is not enough, you have to have the details!
